Personalized Support & Guidance

Our ROSS Service Coordinator assesses your needs and connects you with essential resources and services. These services are tailored to help families increase earned income, reduce reliance on welfare, and progress toward economic independence. For elderly or disabled residents, we focus on improving living conditions and supporting the ability to age in place.

  • Victims of domestic violence, referred by Rape and Abuse Crisis Center.
  • Current residents of Cass or Clay County at the time of application
  • Referrals are available, please see options under Resources & Opportunities
  • Anyone transitioning out homelessness or is currently homeless.

Resources & Opportunities

We provide access to various resources, including:

  • Madison Resource Center (719 29th St N, Fargo) is available to all Public Housing Residents on Tuesdays from 11:30-4:30 p.m.

  • Food/ Clothing/Furniture Referrals

  • SNAP/MA/Assistance with Applying for Benefits

  • Homeownership Education

  • English Second Language (ESL)

  • Credit Repair, financial education, budgeting

  • Cooling/ Heating Assistance Applications

  • Rent Assistance Programs

  • Assistance with medical forms and understanding

  • Assist Seniors to obtain the resources they need for living independently 

  • Arranging for Meals on Wheels and Homemaking Assistance

  • Coats for kids, haircuts, backpacks

  • Coordinate Holiday baskets with partners

  • Tax Help

  • Assistance with volunteer requirements
