Rent for the Fargo Housing properties is equal to 30% of the tenant’s gross adjusted income or a “flat” rent. For this reason, the FHRA will ask for detailed income information during the application and review processes. The rent enables FHRA residents the opportunity to live in safe, quality housing at affordable costs.
