Lantern Light is permanent supportive housing with all units assisted by project-based vouchers. Households pay 30% of adjusted gross income toward rent and utilities. Subsidy standard is two persons per room (exceptions for different generations). Reasonable accommodations considered. Eligibility is based on background checks and verifications.
Disclaimer: Fargo Housing provides the waitlist for the 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Applicants for the 1 bedroom units are selected by the YWCA through CARES Coordinated Entry system.
